Play Smart, Stay in Control
Where to Get Help, Recognise the Signs and Set Your Limits.
An information site about AmoyCuci, for adults of 18 and over. Gambling risks money you may not get back. Support is available if it stops being fun.
Where to Get Help
If you are worried about your gambling, speak to a doctor or a licensed counsellor. Free, confidential support is also available from international organisations such as Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. Search for any of these names online to find their helplines and chat services. Telling one person you trust is often the hardest step and the most important one. You do not need to have a diagnosis to ask for help. These services do not judge and they do not share your information.
Recognise the Signs
Do you chase losses by playing longer or betting more to win back what you lost? Have you borrowed money, sold something or used money meant for bills to play? Do you hide how much time or money you spend from those close to you? Do you play to escape stress, boredom or sadness? Do you need larger bets to get the same excitement? Have you missed work, stayed up all night or skipped time with family to gamble? Being honest with yourself is the first step toward change.
Set Your Limits
You can set deposit, loss and session time limits from your account settings or by contacting support. Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits are available. A tighter limit applies at once; a looser one takes effect only after a cooling-off period of several days. Reality-check reminders pop up during a session to show how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. You can turn these on in the lobby at any time. These tools are free and do not affect your ability to withdraw existing funds.
The Money Facts
Gambling is entertainment that costs money, not a way to make income. The odds always favour the operator over any long period. No system, winning streak or staking plan can change that mathematical reality. Only ever play with money you can afford to lose. Set a budget before you start and treat any loss as the price of the activity, not as a setback to be recovered. If you are playing to make money, stop and reconsider.
Take a Break
A cooling-off period pauses your account for a short time, from 24 hours up to six weeks. During this time you cannot log in or play. You can request it from your account or by contacting support, and it cannot be cancelled early. Self-exclusion closes your account for a fixed term, typically six months or longer. It cannot be lifted early for any reason. To request it, contact support in writing. After the term ends you must actively ask to reopen your account.
Protecting Minors
This platform is for those aged 18 and above only. If you share a computer or device, you can install filtering software to block access to gambling sites. Programs such as Net Nanny or Gamban are widely available and easy to set up. If you believe a minor has accessed the site, contact support immediately. We take this seriously and will help you protect young people in your household.
